На каждом мероприятии в уборных зонах и лаунж-зоне мы располагаем боксы заботы о гостях,
где все необходимые принадлежности, которые могут понадобиться на протяжении мероприятия для гостей.

Для нас важна общий визуал свадьбы и вся атмосфера вечера. Поэтому мы всегда щепетильно относимся к дресс-коду всей команды, кто присутствует в день мероприятия.

Одна из любимых площадок нашего агентства. Место, где мы реализовали наше свадебное торжество



Всех гостей мы заранее заселили в номера комплекса Орлиное гнездо, выкупив территорию на несколько дней. На сайте-пригласительном мы подробно указали информацию о заселении, запросили данные для комфортного удаленного заселения гостей и сообщили какие вещи могут понадобится, так как на территории есть бассейн, баня, детская зона и возможны прогулки на лошадях. А также помимо основного дня свадьбы, также был 2-ой день свадьбы с развлечениями у бассейна.

Встречу жениха и невесты мы сняли на входе в виллу, запечатлев реакцию жениха на образ невесты. Локация комплекса достаточно большая, поэтому всю съемку мы также засняли на территории, где проходило всё торжество.
Прогулочная съемка



Утро невесты и жениха мы провели в этом же месте, где было мероприятие.
Основными локациями для съемки стали -
зона бассейна и лужайка, где уже с утра мы установили белый батут и расставили мягкую мебель в стилистике свадьбы.

Сбор гостей
Сборы гостей проходили на лужайке рядом с зоной церемонии. Из развлечений для гостей были подготовлены дженга, большой надувной батут, lounge зона с мягкими диванами и пуфами, фуршет и бар. Также в это время снимали видкопранк с гостями для показа на экране вечером на самом торжестве.

Начало торжества
Как только все гости расселись за столы, на двух вертикальных экранах появились жених и невеста, затем "перейдя" в горизонтальный (основной экран). После реакции гостей в зал вошли жених и невеста.

Первый танец жениха и невесты
Любимая песня ребят "Мурашками" - Мот. Фразы из этой песни мы вставили в зону церемонии и велком, они были также в пригласительном. Поэтому сомнений не было под какую песню будет постановочный танец Саши и Камилы. На танце были использованы спецэффекты: тяжелый дым и конфетти.

Жених вышел под свою любимую композицию, а невеста в сопровождении
с папой под трогательную музыку. Кольца вынесли племянник и племянница. Ребята заранее подготовили речь. В момент, когда ведущий объявил жениха и невесту мужем и женой, сработали большие серебряные вспышки.
Сразу после церемонии гости поздравляли молодоженов, дарили подарки и фотографировались с женихом и невестой в зоне церемонии.
